Strategy, Requirements & Architecture
Define what the solution needs to do before development begins.
Requirements are written down before anyone writes code. For sophisticated systems this phase includes data architecture, user roles, and permissions — the decisions that are expensive to change later.

UX/UI Design
Plan user flows, layouts, responsive behavior, and visual design.
Design decisions are made against the flows people will actually follow, at the screen sizes they will actually use, with the brand carried consistently throughout.

Development
Build the approved solution.
Development happens against the approved scope using standard, maintainable technology. Work is built responsively and reviewed as it comes together rather than revealed at the end.

Content & Integration Setup
Implement approved content and connect necessary services.
Approved copy, imagery, and documents are placed, and required third-party services — forms, payments, email, analytics, authentication — are configured and verified.

QA, Accessibility & Responsive Testing
Test the system before launch.
Functional testing, cross-device checks, keyboard and screen-reader basics, form validation, error states, and link verification.

Client Review & In-Scope Revisions
A structured review and revision process.
You review a working build and consolidate feedback. In-scope revisions are handled in defined rounds so the project stays predictable for everyone.

Launch
Production deployment and domain setup.
Deployment to production, domain and DNS configuration, SSL, analytics verification, and a final pass across live URLs.

Post-Launch Support
A support window, and optional ongoing management.
Every project includes a post-launch support window. Continued technical management afterward is optional and scoped to the platform.
Timelines
Honest Timelines, Not Slogans.
We do not advertise a website in three days or custom software in two weeks. Those promises are kept by cutting the parts of the work that make a project last.
Custom systems can require a separate discovery and architecture phase before a reliable implementation timeline can be established at all.
