That is primarily the contents of the project request form: your name, business or organization name, email address, business location or service area, an optional website address, and the descriptions you provide about your business, the problem you want solved, and the functionality you have in mind.

Our hosting provider may also record standard technical request information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and reliability purposes.

We use ordinary business infrastructure — website hosting, email, and, once connected, form and database services — to operate. These providers process information only to provide their service to us.

During a project we may be given access to systems, accounts, or data belonging to your business. We treat that access as confidential, use it only for the agreed work, and return or relinquish it at the end of the engagement or on request.

Project requests are retained for as long as needed to evaluate and respond, and for business records afterward. You may ask us to delete a request we have not acted on.

You may request a copy of the information you submitted, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Send the request from the email address used in the original submission so we can identify the record.

This website is intended for business use and is not directed to children.

If this policy changes materially, the updated date above will change. Continued use of the site after an update indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
